St Ursula's College students are expected to use the following system when presenting a bibliography. It is based on the Harvard Style and this format is used across the school for consistency purposes. All assignments should contain a bibliography as you are expected to acknowledge the source of any information or ideas that are not your own.

Bibliographic details are arranged in the following sequences:

ELECTRONIC JOURNAL ARTICLE
Rules are the same as for print journals, simply add a ‘Retrieved’ statement as follows:
Madden, G. 2002, ‘Internet economics and policy: an Australian perspective’, Economic Record, vol. 78, no. 242, pp. 343‑358. Retrieved: October 15, 2002, from ABI/Inform database.

ENCYCLOPEDIA ENTRIES
Treat the same way as a journal article. Set out as follows:
‘Vitamin C deficiency’ 1982, The New Encyclopedia Britannica, 15th edn, vol. 10, p. 469.
Or, if you can identify the author:
